All cleanings are billed per man hour. What is a man hour? For example: 1 person thoroughly cleaning for 8
hours = 8 man hours, OR, 2 people thoroughly cleaning for 4 hours = 8 man hours. We will first come to your home
and do a walk through so we can give a fair estimate for your Initial Clean. This allows us to get a feel for how
much work will be involved according to your lifestyle and your own home maintenance desires. There are many
factors that go into quoting a fee for cleaning besides just the size of the home. These factors include the number
of people living in the home, number and size of bathrooms, size of kitchen and types of appliances (stainless steel
takes more time), if you have any shedding pets, hardwood floors, etc. Initial Cleans are required prior to
Maintenance Cleaning. Initial cleans are billed at $50.00 per hour.

Maintenance Cleanings: Weekly or Bi-Weekly, after your initial cleaning, are billed at
$40.00 per hour. Monthly cleanings are billed at $45.00 per hour. If you want extra things done on your cleaning
day, there will be an additional charge.

One Time Cleans, Move Ins/Outs, Special Event Cleanings are all billed on an hourly basis, at $50.00 per hour.

PAYMENT:

Payment is due the day of your cleaning. We accept checks, cash, Paypal, Cash App and Venmo.
